USC basketball was without Isaiah Collier for about four weeks as Collier injured his hand back in December. The Trojans did not do well while he was out, and USC is now near the bottom of the Pac-12 standings. The season as a whole has been disappointing, and things were already not looking good before the injury. Running into obstacles like that certainly didn’t help.

Luckily for USC basketball, Isaiah Collier was able to make a return to the court recently, and the Trojans have actually looked pretty solid since he returned. They picked up a nice win against Utah at home and they got a really good win on the road against  a UCLA team that they lost badly to at home earlier in the season.

The Trojans do look better with Collier on the floor, and that is big for the team as the Pac-12 Tournament approaches. Collier recently discussed the injury, and he is feeling good.

“I’m back to 100%,” Collier said, according to an article from Yahoo Sports. “I took rehab real seriously. I definitely credit the staff for helping me through my injury. I just plugged in with film and conditioning as well.”

USC has just a couple more weeks remaining in the regular season before the postseason begins. We’ll see if they can make any noise.
